A protest campaign was held yesterday (14) in the Rakwana Springwood area of Ratnapura, demanding an end to the sale of illegal liquor including Kasippu.
The protest campaign is being held by blocking the Rakwana Deniyaya main road from the Springwood area, and as a result, traffic on that road has come to a complete halt.
